Devin Hunter, MS, SPHR, CPM, SWP is a human resources and strategic planning consultant assisting organizations within the full scope of human resources.  With over 15 years of corporate and consulting experience, her expertise crosses many sectors of human resources.  Recent projects include job analysis, merger and acquisition support, work force planning, employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, policy design, coaching, audit, recruitment and training. A member with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Capital Institute, she is certified as a Strategic Workforce Strategist, Senior Professional in Human Resources, and Project Manager.  She is a speaker for professional associations and conferences.

 

Diana Rose-Schilling, MA, SPHR, HCS is a human resources and strategic planning professional. With over 15 years of corporate and consulting experience, her expertise includes areas of job analysis, employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, policy and process design, coaching, benefit plan design, recruitment and training. A member with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and World at Work, she is certified as a Human Capital Strategist and Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a speaker for professional associations and conferences on the topics of mergers and acquisitions, retention, recruitment strategies, and HR trends. In 2011, Diana was recognized as Women of the Year by The National Association of Professional Women.

Angela Martin is a Strategic HR Business Partner with 10 plus years of experience in Workforce Solutions.  Her knowledge crosses various HR disciplines to include, but not limited to Employee Relations/HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Implementation, College Recruitment and Intern Coordination.  Her experience allows her to identify and troubleshoot critical issues impacting workforce solutions throughout organizations while adding value to both the mission and vision of the company. Angela holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Business from University of Phoenix.  Her previous employment includes both fortune 500 and mid-market companies including MCI World Com, AIG, Seaton Corporation, and Quad/Graphics.  Angela is a AIRS certified internet and diversity recruiter.

Stefanie Engels is a dynamic Sr. OD and Training Professional with over 15 years of experience leveraging her skills in coaching, training and service delivery in areas such as Behavioral Styles, Effective Communication Skills, Employee Motivation, Stress Awareness, Presentation Techniques, Customer Oriented Conversation, Management and Leadership Development. Her sense of humor and amazing interpersonal skills make her well suited to coach and train employees from all walks of life.  Stefanie brings a unique blend of industry experience that is perfect for the Houston market including oil and gas, health care and banking. Stephanie is trilingual in German, English, and Spanish and has vast intercultural experience.  She holds a Master of Science in Culture, Language and Business Administration from University of Passau in Germany as well as PHR and Myers-Briggs certifications.  Her previous employers range from start-ups to Fortune 500 and include Ben Taub, Baker Hughes, Spearhead Gulf LLC, and Gaffney, Cline, and Associates. Stefanie enjoys good company and appreciates learning about different cultures and traditions. She is currently training with enthusiastic determinism towards her challenging personal fitness goal.

With over 20 years of progressive human resources and talent acquisition experience, Lara Font provides strategy design and service delivery in audiences ranging from blue collar to the C-suite.  Her  experience crosses numerous industries with emphasis in Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, and Employee Relations.  Lara is well verse in assessing client needs and creating solutions that are well matched to the client corporate culture, sustainable and cost effective. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University.  Her previous employment ranges from Fortune 500 to start-up and includes Font and Associates, Arthur Anderson, and Prostaff.

Russell Coats is a Talent Acquisition professional with in depth experience in the oil & gas, energy, government, military, and industrial sectors. With 20 years of experience, his specialties include: Recruiting, Staffing, Vendor Management, Process Design, Team Building, RPO implementation, Change Management, TAS Implementation, and Candidate / Organizational Assessment. Russell prides himself on his ability to help a client articulate their needs and translate those needs into an actionable plan.  He understands that one size does not fit all in the world of Talent Acquisitions and will work with the client to develop the best plan for their business. Russell holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.  Russell’s previous experience includes Air Liquide, Baker Hughes, KBR/Halliburton and the US Navy.
